   a) To assess the skills and experience of translators and interpreters for projects during the recruiting process
   b) For the purposes of managing compensation, payment, and included benefits during the employee's duration of work at Creer.
   c) In an effort to improve our services, and collect, analyze, and present statistical data concerning all registered parties in our system.
2. We may disclose the information transmitted during registration to places of employment, insomuch as it relates to your ability to perform job duties.
3. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. However, we may outsource some of the business processes necessary to provide you service (such as payroll), in which case we may transmit some of your information. As part of our selection of outsourcing parties, we take measures to ensure that their business practices meet an established standard of privacy protection.
4. The following circumstances may also constitute cause for disclosure of your personal information:
   a) If the service user’s place of work, the work place of related parties, this company, or third parties, could or do incur damages, and it becomes necessary to provide this information to related parties or organizations, or if this information is requested due to such circumstances.
   b) If the information has been communicated to Creer beforehand, and we transmit in accordance with the wishes of clients.
5. We may collect, aggregate, reproduce, and distribute data and sample information about service usage in a format that does not include personally-identifiable information. We are committed to maintaining your privacy during this process.
6. The information and documents we receive from you in order to provide service will not be returned to the sender nor to third parties. After the period of retention passes (3 years), as specified by our company regulations, we may destroy this data.

Your account may be terminated for any of the following reasons:
1. You have made a request for us to cancel your account.
2. We may terminate your account in the following circumstances:
a) We discover that you have misrepresented your employment history, skills, or qualifications during the registration process, or use of our service.
b) We find that you have, by will or negligence, caused damages to an enterprise from which you received a job offer, your place of work, a party related to your place of work, Creer, or a third party.
c) We judge your conduct to have put your place of work, a related party, or Creer at a financial disadvantage, or to have undermined our trust and confidence in you.
